Myth of the Human Body Exhibit
*Plastination is a process used in anatomy to preserve bodies or body parts. The water and fat are replaced by certain plastics, yielding specimens that can be touched, do not smell or decay, and even retain most properties of the original sample. (Wikipedia)
Imagine seeing a man's head cut vertically into four parts -- from front (face) to back side (nape). A girls body similarly cut cross-section into three parts!
It was an interesting way to learn about the human body and what are inside and out of it. Largest organs to the tiniest veins.
The Myth of the Human Body Exhibit is located at the Neopolitan Building along bayani Road in Fort Bonifacio and will run until April 2011. Admission is at P350 per person.
